"Windmills of Kinderdijk"
watercolor pencil on paper
40 x 30 cm (15 ¾" x 11 ⅞")
If you follow my blog you know that I have been to the Netherlands a few weeks ago, visiting among other things the Kinderdijk Windmills. Although I'll never become a Dutch master, I still was inspired to create a painting of what I saw. I hope you enjoy it :-)
Thanks for looking, and please don't forget to upvote and reblog if you liked my art. Until next time!

Danke Michael :-)
Gerne!
Nice! There is a ton of detail in that one. That must have taken a while.
Thanks. Indeed, it took a few hours over 3 days.
Wow beautiful
You are talented
Thank you kindly. Don't know about talent, but I'm learning. :-)
This is so pretty!
Thank you Mary :-)
That's interesting to see the creative process. Do you think about make a video of it. That will be more interesting to watch.
Thank you. Stopping and taking pictures is enough distraction as it is. A video with editing and proper soundtrack is too much work relative to the rewards as well - and people don't watch it. I have experience with this.

I could remember you wrote last about the windmill you saw and I will say this drawing is so cool and very nice. Kudos to you. Won't you teach me how to draw?
