Hi guys we meet again, it has been busy days for me. So I decided to make an illustration that reflects the feeling of anxiety, everything is happening around us seems to be very cloudy, emotions are strong and anxiety begins to devour. But there are always ways to deal with it, and one of them is to stay calm, and act one step at a time, without overthinking things.

Hola chicos, nos volvemos a encontrar, han sido días muy ocupados para mí. Así que decidí hacer una ilustración que refleje el sensación de ansiedad, todo lo que pasa a nuestro alrededor parece estar muy turbio, las emociones son fuertes y la ansiedad empieza a devorar. Pero siempre hay formas de afrontarlo, y una de ellas es mantener la calma y actuar paso a paso, sin pensar demasiado en las cosas.
