My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2020 First Week of Confinement: Let's Make Puppy Cookies. Eng / Esp

in Actifit β€’ 4 years ago

and we arrived at our first week of confinement due to the Coronavirus ... we who are used to living on the street πŸΆπŸ‘©πŸ½ we take it more or less but you have to be home to stop this disease.

Today to entertain ourselves we have decided to make cookies for our puppy 🐢

We have made vegan cookies πŸ€“ and for this we have used:
2 apples
Some berries that we had over there Coconut oil
rice flour.

First we crush all the fruit (We peel the apples and remove the seeds and the core of it that is not good for our dogs), add the coconut oil with the crushed fruit then mix all the ingredients with the rice flour until the mixture take a texture that does not stick to our fingers.

Then we spread the mixture and use the molds 🐢

We put them in the oven at 150 degrees (I put a vegetable paper so that they do not stick to me) and leave them between 10 - 15 min depending on how thick they have been cut (I always keep watching that the first time I trust and they burned me the rice flour cooks faster than the others in my opinion)

And here is the result πŸ€“πŸ˜ although I am not good at cooking this is the third time that I prepare them and every time I think I do better πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ and my dog says that they are getting better πŸΆπŸ˜‚
