Nice cool Breeze while Running!

A cool breeze is always good when you run, because nothing is more unpleasant for me when the sun shines brutally on the earth and any air movement comes to a stop.

Today I experienced the 8 km run as very pleasant. It could be like this every day. The temperature was also at a comfortable 23 degrees Celsius.




Ein frischer Wind ist immer gut, wenn man läuft, denn nichts ist unangenehmer für mich, wenn die Sonne brutal auf die Erde scheint und jede Luftbewegung zum Stillstand kommt.

Heute empfand ich den 8 km Lauf sehr angenehm. So könnte es jeden Tag sein. Die Temperatur war auch bei angenehmen 23 Grad Celsius.
