For days the weathermen have been predicting rain, which finally came yesterday evening with great force and thunder. Nature can finally breathe a little easier and has soaked up the water like a dry sponge.
Even today it rained for several hours, many dark clouds pervaded the sky, but only a few drops of water fell to earth.
Seit Tagen haben die Wetterfrösche Regen angesagt, der nun endlich am gestrigen Abend mit großer Kraft und Getöse eingesetzt hat. Die Natur kann endlich ein wenig aufatmen und hat das Wasser wie ein trockener Schwamm aufgesaugt.
Auch heute regnete es noch mehrere Stunden, viele dunkle Wolken durchzogen den Himmel, aber nur wenige Wassertropfen fielen auf die Erde.

Wie du passend bemerkst:
Wenn der da oben nicht zwei, besser noch drei Tage die Schleusen öffnet, bleibt die Funktionalität des Schwammes restlos unterfordert. Über einen kräftigen Schutt lacht sogar der Regenwurm. ⛈
Kräftigen Starkregen hatten wir hier die letzten 10 Jahre schon viermal und kann ich echt nicht brauchen. Keller sind vollgelaufen mit nachfolgender Trockenlegung, die fast ein halbes Jahr gedauert hat. Hier ist der Grundwasserspiegel sehr hoch und bei ausgetrockneten Böden kann die Erde nur begrenzt Wasser aufnehmen.
