Hey everybody, another day of good weather and another Actifit post, I’m glad I’m getting back in my routine. I also got a digital scale so I can measure my own weight. Can’t remember the last time I weighed myself but I was right around where I normally think I am (around 130 pounds). I’d like to gain about 15 pounds of muscle in the long run and get to around 145 pounds 😌
