My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2025

So yesterday I was working all day outside, both in the garden and on my roof. Takes some time for me to sweep it and then flush it with anti grow fluid.

Ended the day with a 36km cycling session. Second this weekend. Felt good, not as windy as om saturday.
