Poszłam dzisiaj na spacer SAMA.
Zostawiłam moich dwóch chorych chłopów na pastwę losu i poszłam zażyć świeżego (w miarę możliwości) powietrza.
Powiem Wam, że bardzo dziwnie nagle tak bez wózka iść. I zdecydowanie wolę z Bomblem. No, ale nie ukrywajmy, odkąd zaczął chodzić na całego, to spacery z nim to tylko krótki wypad do sklepu, a potem na plac zabaw, więc już nie ma jak robić takich dystansów jak rok temu.
Dzisiaj poszłam sobie taką starą trasą, którą dreptałam bardzo często rok temu, wcale nie aż taką długą, nieco ponad 5km. I wiecie co? Zmęczyłam się :D a wtedy to było na porządku dziennym, i nader często jeszcze zachodziłam dalej.
Cóż. Mniej kroków widać nie tylko po kiepskich wynikach w #POLIAC, ale także po kilogramach, które błyskawicznie zaczęły się gromadzić. Pora wziąć się za siebie :)
I went for a LONELY walk today.
I left my two sick men to their fate and went to take some fresh (if possible) air.
Let me tell you that it is very strange to go without a pram out of a sudden. And I definitely prefer go anywhere with my Boy. Well, but let's face it, since he started to walk, those walks with him are just a short trip to the store, and then to the playground, so there is no way to do such distances as a year ago.
Today I went along this old route, which I trekked very often a year ago, not that long, just over 5km. And guess what? I got tired :D and then it was the usual walk of the day, and all too often I went further.
Well. Fewer steps are seen not only in the poor results in #POLIAC, but also in the kilograms that started to accumulate immediately. It's time to deal with them :)

Hmm, nie tylko samo drzewo wyglądało wtedy ciekawiej, ale patrzcie tylko, jaką robotę robi dobre światło słonecznego dnia.

Hmm, not only the tree itself looked more interesting back then, but just look at the job good sunlight on a daylight does.
