Katowice są do tego o tyle ciekawe, że w dobrej lokalizacji kamienicy jest blisko piechotą zarówno do ścisłego centrum, jak i do zielonego parku. Oczywiście, minusów też jest od groma. Wszystko należy poddać gruntownej analizie.
You know, I find that over the years I really like this urban, dense old buildings. I wonder if I would like being a resident of such a tenement house. Katowice is also interesting because in a good location of the tenement house it is within walking distance to both the very center and the green park. Of course, there are plenty of downsides too. Everything needs to be thoroughly analyzed.

To prawda. Ale trzeba patrzeć też z drugiej strony - nie tylko na estetykę, ale i na komfort życia. A ten przy oknach drewnianych może być różny ;)
