Ich kann euch sagen ich bin unheimlich stolz auf mich selbst. Seit 86 Tagen keine Zigarette mehr. Jeden Tag bin ich stolzer, ja ich denke ich hab es geschafft. Natürlich ist es immer möglich einen Rückfall zu bekommen! Möglicherweise bei einer Party oder in Gesellschaft. Alles hab ich bis auf Blut getestet und ich muss sagen, in Gesellschaft und beim Alkohol trinken habe ich erst recht keine Lust auf eine Zigarette. Auch meine E Zigarette Dampf ich mittlerweile viel weniger.

Lass das e-Zeugs auch noch weg und 3 Tage später wirst du es nicht mehr vermissen. Überleg mal wieviel Zeit du damit gewinnst. Ich bin ja nun schon seit 8 Monaten rauchfrei, alles wunderbar und keine Lust mehr.
