Desde que comenzó la cuarentena he aprovechado para ejercitarme en casa. He realizado una rutina sencilla para brazos, pecho, abdomen, espalda y piernas. Repito la misma rutina cada día, algunas veces con más repeticiones o más intensidad. Por ahora me siento bien y siento cambios en este momento que llevo más de una semana entrenando.
