I took my morning walk to Alton Baker Park and back along the riverbank path. On the way back I stopped at one of the benches to watch the river for a few minutes as part of my mindfulness practice. This used to be a bigger part of my practice but I haven’t been doing it as much lately, since I try to avoid benches that are too close to the path so that I can maintain social distance with other people using the path. I’m still having issues with my back, it’s kind of frustrating that this is still an issue, but I think it’s still likely the kind of thing where I just need to wait and it will clear up on its own.

Hi Dan! I thought I had better check in before the up-coming Hard Fork. Congratulations on getting so many steps (adding up to an #AutomaticWin no less!) my friend!
I couldn't help noticing that you have been dealing with some back issues these days. I hope that this problem rights it's self soon. I'm a tall guy at 6'1" so I know all about this. Are you doing anything to improve flexibility? When back pain crops up I usually find yoga and stretching while watching T.V. to be helpful.
Ok! I'll check back on the other side of the Hard Fork. Take care and stay safe Dan! 😊
Not really, aside from some occasional hamstring stretches. I should probably look into doing something along these lines.
