I am a little confused, in the docs it says the public sale would only last 2 days but when I look on the website it seems there's still a week to buy?
Also, I am wondering how this sale will affect existing AFIT and AFITX holders? (I personally have held a lot of both of those for a long time now!)
Are these tokens identical with the new tokens that will be used on BSC? How and where can we enter liquidity pools — and when?

This is just beginning and public sale is still live. Early bird private sale started on 15th September and was over on 20th September. Next day Public sale started and will end on 30th September. Above all Hive users have additional rewards, incentives haha! Isn't that great? So we still have good chance to buy maximum of them at a good price.
As of now Hive blockchain Token holders have to do nothing. You need to buy AFIT or AFITX tokens on BSC chain i.e through early bird or public sale which is live now. There will be a bridge later through which your already existing tokens can be moved onto BSC through a phased manner. The reason why you can think of buying now on BSC is to get Priority headstart to Actifit DeFi farms and pools (workouts and shakes) to kick off your yield farming. Yield will be high during initial days. Also I guess you have been following Actifit closely since last 2-3 years so you know that potential of this project. Fundamentally strong and has huge potential which will be realised by audience in coming days. We have potential and wide range of audience on BSC.
