Happy Thursday everyone!
I woke up into a gloomy weather. It would be nice to sleep a little longer but I got up early to prepare the needs of my husband because he went to work. After a usual routine in the morning, I undergone high potential therapy. As I have said, it is said to be helpful because it's like you're exercising while sitting. However, I don't take it as an excuse to become sedentary. If I would do that, I have nothing to say in my report haha.
I earned 6,385 counts because I did the laundry, cleaned my room, washed the dishes, helped in the kitchen. And this evening, I packed my things and went to my husband's place.
