Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
Today began with a busy work day which lasted for the whole day. The good news is that I left my desk clear!😎
Once I got home, it was to an empty house. @silvertop was nowhere to be found and the doors were locked. Unusual for this time of day. A quick assessment and sure enough, his backpack was missing which meant he went for a hike IN THE POURING RAIN!!☔️💦💧
I got over the wanting to hike in the rain, thing a long time ago misting is one thing, but we’re talking some serious rain!
He came home and we had coffee and I began dinner preparations.
Here is a pic from earlier in the week with @actifit-lamb and company. They were disappointed about the rain.
On a sad note; our neighbor who moved away; well her daughter never did leave even though the property was sold. She was essentially squatting, and tonight, they pulled her old run down trailer out. She has known for over 3 months she was going to need to find someplace to live, but made no effort. This is a troubled situation and there’s so much more to it, but for those who pray, she needs prayers to get her life in order and to get a plan of action as to how she’s going to help herself. As for now, she’s been unwilling.
Tomorrow-more rain is forecasted, so it could be a shopping day.
