Busy as a bee ๐ that was me! My workday began 30 minutes earlier as we had a patient scheduled 30 minutes earlier which meant I had to go in the same earlier in order to wade through my insurance verifications for the day and all the stuff to do before we open.
The patient arrived 5 minutes before I was scheduled to open for him. After about 15 minutes, I texted the doc trying to find out where he was. He finally responded saying he was running late. By the time he arrived, I had his 9:30, 10:00, and 10:30 patients prepped and waiting! In all fairness, the 10:30 showed up super early. A rough start to the morning! ๐
Amazingly, he did get back on schedule. We had a couple of โno showsโ just prior to and just after his lunch ๐ฑ time. ๐
We were overbooked in the afternoon, but kept pretty much in line with the office hours. I donโt even know how many pairs of glasses ๐ I helped folks with, but it was a lot!!๐ณ
I came home with an eye ๐ twitch. Iโm sure itโs stress related but itโs a bit unnerving when your practicing music ๐ถ and it starts to close the eye ๐ a bit! I need to lose it quickly!

Ah it sure sounds like Stress yes. Many here with this false superstition didn't take the needed rest and fell out, and the unexpected visitor happened to be the grim reaper๐ (My weird jokes๐)

I need sleep.......hours and hours of it! I was just telling @silvertop, that I need a day when I do nothing but sleep, get up and just dawdle indoors and then go back to bed until I've gotten my sleep done. 24 hours ought to do it!
