Hope y'all doing good. Couldn't post yesterday because I wasn't feeling too well. Was feeling fine on Sunday but Monday wasn't a good day for me. It was a holiday and I had decided to go to the beach. One minute I was sweating and the next minute I was feeling cold. Thankfully, I felt better today so went to the beach. Even though my phone went off, I'm glad to get some good steps in. Yesterday was a holiday as well as today. Work begins tomorrow and I can only hope for the best. Take care
