Greetings! Assalamu Alaikum! How are you all? Hopefully, you are having good time. I am having the same, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 17th of August 2022.

On that day I consulted 27 patients in my chamber. An average number! Not too busy, not too relaxing. In the visa medical section, 29 people came for the check-up.

On Wednesday, I walked two times on the treadmill. A 30-minute walk after lunch and a short 10-minute walk before midnight.

You have a great profession doctor. Though God is the healer as so many physicians would say, but it is very that the job of saving lives or helping someone feel better medically is not an easy one. Keep it up, you will be rewarded bountifully.
