"Fitness is my passion" My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2020

image2.jpegNamaste Friends, Happy to sharing my 8723 steps count today. As per title nowadays Fitness is my passion, as I already posted my quarantine time, where my 3 coworker found covid 19 positive but I found negative. I think I was safe due to my immunity and it came from yoga and exercise, which I am continually doing from last 8 months.

I was with all 3 covid-19 positive person 12 hour a day while on work.

Thank God I am safe now all three recovered from covid-19. In my opinion mask and handwash is very effective in corona safety.

Now days covid-19 is spreading again and day by day it is going worse, need immediate attention on this by we all and have do our responsibilities to stop it. Government can't be successful without getting help from all people.

This pandemic will continue till we all not be alert and help each other and maintain social distancing.
