Ok, took a rest day on Monday after going on that 13k ruck.
Whoa! Hold on. It was a rest days only in so far as tracking with Actifit.
Ok, so maybe we'll call Monday a rest day. Even my Garmin (someday Actifit?) only had me at 4500 steps. But I still kept up my daily routine:
1x50 setups,
1x45 push-ups,
1x2 min plank
Yesterday I knocked off a 3k run, working on my pace. Seem to be able to keep it under 6 min/km with little strain. So I'll be bumping it to 4km at the same pace tomorrow. See how it goes. My goal is 10k under 6 min/km. My normal 10k is around 6:30 min/km.
