It was a busy Friday at the office. I did most of the work doing my maps. In the afternoon, I did a lot of walking for the various errands I need to complete in which I needed to visit different places across the city.
This is one of my favorite Filipino dishes... menudo. It is marinated pork cooked in tomato sauce, seasoning, and liver spread.
