I played a round of disc golf with my son at our favorite course. I ended up with an even score and my son won with a -3. The weather was really nice and it was a lot of fun.
I felt like I played well and nobody lost anything today.
The rest of the steps were from working in the yard, walking the dog and practicing putting with our new practice basket.

My son and I combined our scrip from the spring league disc golf tournament and won this basket. I can already feel like it is making some improvements in the way I putt. Every chance we get we can go out in the yard now and do some practice putts.
The league play sure was fun. It was a great course to be out on and I feel like we recovered our entry fees just with this practice basket and the wonderful experience.
The yard work went a lot faster with my new battery powered hedge trimmer that was just delivered this afternoon. It is going to be a lot easier to keep the blackberry bushes trimmed back now. I can use the batteries from my mower and weed wacker interchangeably in all three devices. I like this a lot better than having to deal with gas cans.

It has really changed your habits, doing disc golf. You get out more and you have been really enjoying the game, I have even learned a few things about it from you. :)) You have been getting a lot more steps with less effort.

That looks like a great and entertaining way to get your steps in. I have played disc golf once before, and loved it. I actually called it frisbee golf since I didn't know the name of the sport!, but now I know
I have gotten really addicted to disc golf. There is a lot more to it the more you get into the game. I didn't even really think I would like or be able to play it at first.
That's pretty neat. Now you can just step out the door and practice at any time.
I like the battery powered yard tools. I have a weedeater, small blower and a hedge trimmer that all use the same batteries too. It is SO convenient !

Yep I got a Ryobi cordless drill and I use that battery in a Sawzall, chain saw, weed whipper, skill saw, and light. Cant beat it!
