My day had past with usual activities. Cooking, helped my sister on a task, took Max for a walk and a run this afternoon. I did a couple of zumba dance. I did my usual stretches followed by some yoga stretches. I prepared lessons, work, etc. Weather was good, just a bit humid. My nephews were all busy with their sports fest even today which is a weekend. And they played balls when they got home like playing at school's not enough. I wish they could give me some energy, haha.
