For me, waking up early is the best if you want to start your day with energy. You can do a lot of things before it's time to leave. You can have some coffee first while watching the surrounding. It's like pausing a bit before facing the challenges in life to come.
After having a cup of coffee. Either you'll go for a walk or just random stuff to have a sweat. But I think it's better to have some walk while enjoying the view of the surrounding. No vehicles, no polluted smoke but only the people cleaning outside. You can have a chit chat with them if you want. Just a normal way of life.
