I was a little faster at parkrun this week. It took a bit of effort the while way in zone 4.
I needed my fast shoes to do it but someone else showed me up and ran the 5 kilometres barefoot.

Yea she can do it almost any where, any time! I did it once on a nice sandy beach but anywhere else I need all the cushioning !LOL
