Hello Actifitters! I don't have much activity today. I drove my son and 2 nephews in the school and went. I walked in the garage area. I folded some of the clothes that I washed last Tuesday. I did a shoulder and back exercise using a light weight dumb bell. I fetched my son and 2 nephews in the afternoon. I walked inside the house.
