A beautiful sunny summer day here in the Northern Hemisphere…
Did lots of kayaking and fishing today.
Not so much walking.
But we did find some pirates along the river. Not real pirates… just some people with a really cool Jolly Roger flag flying at the end of their dock. We should have maybe stopped to look for lost treasure but we didn’t have any equipment …metal detectors or dredge. Maybe we will go back tomorrow and bring the snorkels … take a look around.

Great picture. Love the Jolly Roger flag! Kayaking is wonderful, isn’t it? I’ve gone out quite a bit this summer. I find it so calming and centering.
Yeah … we try to go kayaking every day. We have 4 kayaks now …. It’s the best family activity ever. Every day is an Adventure.
