Hello everyone 👋,
Happy hump day 😎🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Its yet another 24 hours to be grateful for. As the day draws to a close am raring to go with my stepping activities and also share what's trending in the media streets. Thank you for reading and let's dive in 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off the day with the fast paced morning session, brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲.
The fresh morning breeze 🍃 made it quite enjoyable 💯.
Then I was back indoors, where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going, but generally a rather quiet day. The govt sounding an alarm 🚨 that covid cases are on a rise.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, the battle for Ukraine's last eastern stronghold of Lyschansk kept going, lots of shelling. Today president Zelensky electronically addressed NATO summit in Madrid asking for more artillery. Elsewhere in Paris, the lone survivor of the 2015 paris attack that killed 130 people, was sentenced to life imprisonment with no chance of parole 👏.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin still sideways at 20k. Talks of more capitulation to 14k😱, but short term movement is hard to predict. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the, afternoon I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for a couple of errands.
Then I was back home 🏡 for the usual nap 💤. A nice nap and I woke up some time early evening feeling well rested 💯.
I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, supreme court judge Breyer is to retire, paving way for Ketanji Brown to start her tenure as the first black woman in that court👏. Conservatives still remain majority 😢. Still in the US, popular singer R. Kelly has been sentenced to 30 years in jail for sex crimes😱.
Anyways as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃. I made it back home 🏡 safe and sound as darkness fell.

who knows where bitcoin will go in coming days or weeks but nice to see hive having some green periods

Thank you JJ, am glad too that hive has been really resilient in this bear market. Unfortunately the bear cycle is something we have to go through, lets hope it will be over soon. Do have a great Thursday and upcoming weekend ahead.
