Those sunset pictures are looking splendid and I see someone enjoying a nice sunset walk along with her dog. I am glad you sought the help of a professional, that is a wise decision. Age is just but a number, I believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to and we keep learning each and every day. Like I didn't know about the fist clenching causing tension in the arms and shoulders.
