Hi all,
Today on my actifit I would like to seek methods you follow to fight headache.
I was suffering from headache from two days and I do suffer often coz of irregular sleeping schedule. I woke up in the middle of night for the slightest sound or any disturbing thing.
All I Do is take steam, apply external pain balm on first day and try to get some sleep. If it continues then i go for tablets that are suggested.
How do you fight headache or any helpful procedures you know of ?
Here is spicy chilli paste prepared to eat with ghee and bread
