Walka o finał Actifit Champions League : December 11 2021

Miał być długaśny post z wczorajszej wycieczki, ale jestem mega zmęczony, przez co zupełnie nie mam weny.

Byłem dziś (w niedzielę) na siłowni na pomiarach (o tym napiszę jutro), i dodatkowo zrobiłem sobie trening na bieżni.

Teraz (pod wieczór) czuję, że te dwa spore wysiłki się skumulowały, i chyba wkrótce pójdę spać, bo czuję, że organizm domaga się regeneracji.

Zdjęć z wycieczki mam chyba z sześćdziesiąt, więc kto wie, czy nie rozbiję opowieści na dwa posty, i napiszę w końcu coś, do dawno nie odwiedzanego konkursu travelfeed....

Jak znajdę czas i chęci, to w tygodniu ogarnę taki post, a teraz wrzucam jeszcze kilka fotek, i odpalam tryb "regeneracja".
