Zakwasy nie schodziły, łydki jak zabetonowane, więc postanowiłem poprosić moją fizjoterapeutkę o dodatkową wizytę.

Udało się znaleźć wolny termin, i spędziłem godzinę "w sali tortur" 😆

Boli??? Musi boleć!! 🤣, ale fakt, że pomogło.

Trzeba wracać do treningów 🏃🚴‍♀️💪😁
