Happy Wednesday. Thanks for stopping by and welcome to my fitness report.
Today I accumulated my stepping count walking around the neighborhood and also right around outside of the house into the backyard.
It’s another cold gloomy day outside but staying inside is warm and wonderful. I did some cooking and then relaxing watching shows on Netflix.
Then I drove around sightseeing. And that pretty much all for today.
