Hello and good day Everyone. Welcome to another Actifit report.
I started my workout this morning at around 8 doing some exercises/calisthenics and after that I walked around the neighborhood. Weather was good sunny, cloudy and a bit windy.
Returned home and at home I did some housework.
Late afternoon I went and walked in the park for a couple of rounds. Came home and started cooking for dinner.
