My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2020

I had over 10,000 steps after my walk home from my shift at Starbucks, so I celebrated by walking 3000 steps with the boys this evening.

We ended up walking home in the dark, but I actually feel safer when I walk with the boys.

I did a little shoveling in the backyard before work, but not enough to accumulate a lot of steps.

I did two sets of dumbbell curls during my shoveling workout.

I’m way excited about the 13000 steps for today’s @actifit Report Card.
