Fire!!😮
Silvertop needed to run to town to pick up some more pallets for kindling wood.
Liz was at work, and texted me that the Great Western Lumber Mill was on fire!😲
I drive past this lumber mill on my way home, and I told the Mrs I would see what was happening!
Liz works about three miles away in town, and she said she could see smoke...that’s not good it must be a large fire!
The Fire marshal was on the scene taking photos, and although the fire was still out of control as I drove by, it looked like the smoke was diminishing.
Many thanks to our Fire fighters, for their quick response, the Great Western Lumber Mill is still standing!

That's a bad place for a fire, too much fuel, I'm glad they got it under control. Good job on your step count!
This is an old Lumber mill and I believe they had way too much fuel on site could've been really bad.....

Very scary...and this lumber mill backs up to Sumas Mountain....Even in the Winter it could set the Mountain on fire!!

Hi @silvertop, sorry for spamming, I know that the weather is not good, but spring is coming, I would like to invite you to #POLIAC which means Polish Actifit League. Poland is only in name because we are open to other nationalities, what's more, in January we were so hospitable that we let the guy from the Czech Republic win :). From 1st February we changed the rules of competition, the number of registered steps is still important, but the competition is held in pairs. Currently, we are looking for more participants, cause more means much more fun. All competitions are friendly.
The first edition showed that steps are important but sometimes there is a big rule of luck i.e one time just 4K steps give victory, on the other hand, more than 25K will not grant victory.
Currently, we are 7, but the best would be 16 competitors, so everybody duel with everyone twice.
