So many different sounds surround us each day, we just need to listen!
I had just started working outside this morning……………….
That’s when I heard the familiar sound of a Red Tailed Hawk calling to his mate!
Silvertop continued painting…………..
Again very close by, I heard the familiar sound of a Hawk screeching!
Fall is just around the corner, breeding season has long passed……
Now I can see both Hawks circling just overhead!
This went on for thirty minutes…….
Courtship calls…… Red Tailed Hawk mate for life!🥰
What a view they have, soaring on the thermal currents of the Cascade Mountains!
Silvertop understands, I have always gravitated to higher ground, being a pilot,and even our band was named the same……….”Higher Ground!”😊
I hoped for a good photo shot of the two of them, but obviously they were camera shy Lol!🤣
I stood on “ Tera firma” looking up, as they soared out of sight………..
They had places to see!🤗
“Silvertop are you ready to go!”🥰
Liz and Silvertop had places to go as well…………
Once again it is our Sunday of the Month to lead Worship at Church!😊
I grabbed my guitar, packed it in the car, and looked up…………
My feathered friends were long gone……….
“I’m ready Liz let’s go make some music!”
