My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2023

Not my finest day , only managed to achieve a 6'22 mile and a 8.21m throw , I hoped for more, I thoughted my general physical preparation would be enough to do more

I was deeply mistaken, but that won't happen, ever again, cardio and throw workouts implemented, nothing will surprise or defeat me that hard again

After that, the ward duty was long, I'm too tired to do this

But here I am🤣

I've found that taking small gains on a regular basis really helps to build uo a core of strength which will help you power through your activities.

Yeah, I am a calisthenics - powerlifter and tried to do some sports events for my school and thought my GPP was enough. But I am adding explosive power, throwing and cardio to my routines. Steady and progressive. Thanks
