Trying to relax the legs: November 26 2022

Championship day - 1 but accumulating so that means having heavy legs. Trying to relax a bit with a bike ride but it didn't seem to work very well. 30 km only but I'm quite tired. Seafood also does very well the day before competition so I bought its some mussels today. #AliveAndThriving #alive
