Further to your illegal eviction of 20th May 2025 in collusion of uniformed officers, and your response via
an unsigned document where the author is unidentified, of May 26th 2026, you did not attach the
Executed Judicial Writ, nor the HMCTS Photo ID of Alan Smith nor the other unidentified man, the
following has been establishedm :-

Alan Smith is not an HMCTS Authorised Enforcement Agent
You Nicholas Sean Tubbs, sent an unidentified man to cover up and protect Alan Smith
You did not file any application to the High Court for a Writ
You did not pay any Court Fee to issue proceedings for a Writ
You are fully aware that I am not a Squatter nor trespasser
The Lord Chancellor did not witness your document
There is no valid case management records at neither the Edmonton County Court, RCJ Kings
Bench, Croydon District Registry corresponding to your alleged Judicial Writ.
Your unidentified agent did not execute a Judicial Writ, Issued by the Court
You do not hold statutory Insurance cover for the alleged lawful action.
You do not have a Statutory Inventory for goods, money and legal documents taken control of
pursuant to the Tort (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. 11) You are knowingly acting in a conspiracy between Council Chief Andy Donald, Chief Constable
Caroline Haines, Patrick Opurum of Erfolg Solicitors, Edmonton County Court Manager
(Unidentified), Landlord Andreas Ioannou and Sir David Lammy acting as Lord Chancellor.
All the above, are subject to s.12 of the Fraud 2006, Human Rights and Common Law.

For the record, I am aware of the following fellow victims:-

Edmonton County Court - Julia Roberts, Anthony Badaloo, Deborah Sampson, Shahid Ullah, Edith
Hayfron, Keeda Wood, Errol Denton, Joseph Green , Steve Bloom, Christine Gooch, Tyrone Creary
amongst others. Tottenham Police:- Julia Roberts, Anthony Badaloo,Helina Nora, Steve Bloom, Paul Soro, Corina
Strat, Ewa Chodorowski, Helena Nora, amongst others
