OK, maybe its not a shit post, but more of a post of convenience that requires very little thinking g to post.
I have been on a bit of a health kick these past few weeks, and the weight has been falling g off nicely. I still have a long way to go, but I can just about see my toes when I look down now, so I've definitely lost a good few inches off my belly.
What I have noticed is that my resti g heart rate has dropped quite a bit. This can only be a good thing for a Ln over weight person who has a family history of sudden heart attacks.....
I still get out for my regular lunch time runs, I managed 2 decent efforts this week, and I plan to carry on as usual next week.
I take this app with a pinch of salt, but things are looking on the up, and my predicted vo2 max, is still climbing.
