Hello and happy Saturday! Didn’t sleep all that well last night, but was still up at the crack of dawn. Went out for an early morning run. It was a cloudy morning, but not raining.
I ran 5 kilometers. Kept a slow but steady pace and managed to run the entire distance without walking.
Only stopped once, to take a picture of this little fella.
Stopped for about 10 seconds and was immediately surrounded by bloodthirsty mosquitoes.
After my run I relaxed for a few minutes, then went for a walk with Dude and my hubby. That added an additional 3,5 kilometers to this morning’s exercise.
Just down the road we saw these 3 friends on the side of the road,… and they didn’t seem scared at all, despite the fact that we had the dog with us.

At 11 AM I started work, and worked until 8 PM, so not all that much activity during the day.
Now, it is soon time to go to bed.
