通院メモ20220510 - My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2022

写真は道端の春の花です。ハルジオンでしょうか。

今日はいよいよ個展が始まる直前の定期通院でした。内科と精神科の診察でした。

まず内科。例によって尿検査と血液検査があって、診察でした。

HbA1c 7.3

先月が7.5だったので、少し良くなりました。それから血圧も問題なし、体重も少しですが300g減らしました。
先生には、やはり身体を動かしているのがいいのだろうと言われました。あと体重をもっと減らしましょうと言われました。

それから精神科で愚痴を言ってきました。寒いと思ったら暑い、おまけに地震が多い、個展の準備がやることがたくさんある、もうつらい、等々。
どちらも薬の処方に変更はありませんでした。

まあ、泣いても笑ってもあと少しで個展なので、心を落ち着けたいとおもいます。
