The weather was already hot as I came late in the morning to start my daily actifit activities.The intensity of the sun ☀️ was so severe I had to go back home.
Thankfully, today was weekend,but not after I have gotten over 2k steps.
Much later in the evening I step out for a stroll to continue from were I stopped and took this short video.
The weather was so cool as I strolled along, minding my steps every given time.By the time I came back home I already done over 7k steps.
Always remember what actifit said and I quote;it says, one step can rest everything.Energy up,Mood up and Wallet up.
For your hard work would pay off.
