Llegó Mayo con M de Música, Movimiento, Magia, Motomami Motomami; abril fue duro, musicalmente me vi en un loop de canciones populares intentando mantener mis ánimos estables mientras el resto del mundo fluía.
Como cada mes, hoy vengo a brindarles cinco canciones que puede que te parezcan buenas o no, con la única intención de que le des una breve oportunidad y quizás adoptes una o varias como nueva incorporación a tu Playlist, sin más que agregar entremos en tema.
May is here with M for Music, Movement, Magic, Motomami Motomami; April was a tough month and musically I got caught up in a loop of popular songs trying to keep my spirits stable while the rest of the world was flowing.
As every month, today I come to bring you five songs that you may or may not find interesting, with the sole intention that you give them a short chance and maybe adopt one or more of them as a new addition to your playlist, without further ado, let's get into the topic.

Stromae no es un artista nuevo, ni tampoco desconocido; esta canción, tiene algo que le hace ser de las pocas cosas en Frances, que no solo tolero, sino que realmente me gusta; De entrada les digo que quizás no sea con esta canción, pero si indagan en la obra musical de Stromae al menos dos canciones adoptaran.
Sobre esta canción y antes de hablar del mensaje, quiero que escuchen el ritmo y noten esa dosis tropical, ese toque de Brasil, esta es una tendencia que verán mucho con el tiempo y es que la mayoría de los artistas está intentando crear fusiones diferentes para sus géneros.
De resto, un mensaje crudo como todas las canciones de Stromae, mostrado de forma poética y casi podría decirse una oda a los trabajadores, un mensaje para esas personas invisibles, para los que son tan regulares que pasan a verse como cuerpos sin alma, aquellos quienes están y uno se pregunta ¿A qué costo?, a mi parecer otro éxito musical para Stromae.
Stromae is not a new artist, nor is he unknown; this song has something that makes it one of the few things in French, that I not only tolerate, but that I really like; ***I'll tell you right off the bat that it may not be with this song, but if you dig into Stromae's musical work, you will adopt at least two songs.
Regarding this song and before I talk about the message, I want you to listen to the beat and notice that tropical dose, that touch of Brazil in the rhythm, this is a trend that you will see a lot over time and most artists are trying to create different fusions for their genres.
As for the message, a raw message like the rest of Stromae's songs, shown in a poetic way and you could almost say an ode to the workers, a message for those invisible people, for those who are so regular that they come to feel like bodies without a soul, those who are there and you just have to ask yourself at what cost, in my opinion another musical success for Stromae.

Rap, Trap, Reggaeton y un poco de balada, todo en una mezcla de las que solía hacer Paulo Londra, hacen de esta una canción bastante fresca y diferente a las múltiples que hay actualmente en el mercado.
Después de años sin hacer música por asuntos legales, que si contratos, que si derechos, Paulo Londra volvió a la escena y personalmente creo que con un estilo diferente, aunque algunos dicen que es lo mismo; Esta canción tiene una vibra suave, tranquila, no es ese ritmo de perreo intenso que tanto detestan las abuelas, incluso puede que la escuches sin oírla y su ritmo es lo que permite que pase desapercibida.
Rap, Trap, Reggaeton and a little bit of ballad, all in a mix of those that Paulo Londra used to do, make this song quite fresh and different from the many others that are currently on the market.
After years without making music due to legal issues, contracts, rights, Paulo Londra returned to the scene and personally I think with a different style, although some say it is the same; This song has a soft, calm vibe, it is not that intense perreo rhythm that grandmothers hate so much, you may even listen to it without hearing it and its rhythm is what allows it to go unnoticed.

Una de las canciones más criticas que conozco, con 8 años en mi cabeza; aunque la comunidad LGBT+ la tomo como bandera debido a una interpretación del video, va más allá.
Principalmente, la canción hace una crítica a la iglesia, a esa devoción que la iglesia pide a través del miedo al castigo, a como genera las reglas que rigen a las sociedades organizadas alrededor de una religión, a como a pesar de no ser humanos perfectos, la iglesia nos exige disimuladamente no cometer errores.
Sin embargo, el video es más crudo y muestra alrededor de la historia de una pareja homosexual, otros detalles que a pesar de ser de 2014 hoy puedes encontrar reflejados en el mundo, hooligans violentos, la condena a la homosexualidad, el consumo recreacional de sustancias, las protestas separatistas de ucrania, el poco desarrollo tecnológico de Europa y otros pequeños detalles que son reclamos a la sociedad. Una canción que no tiene grises como en su video, te gusta o no.
One of the most polemic songs I know and with 8 years going around in my head; although the LGBT+ community took it as a banner due to an interpretation of the video, it goes much further.
Mainly the song criticises the religion, the devotion that the religion demands through the fear of punishment, how it generates the rules that govern societies organised around a religion, how despite the fact that we are not perfect humans, the church slyly demands that we don't make mistakes.
However the video is more crude and shows around the story of a homosexual couple, other details that despite being from 2014 today you can find reflected in the world, violent hooligans, the condemnation of homosexuality, the recreational consumption of substances, the separatist protests in Ukraine, the little technological development of Europe and other small details that are claims to society. A song that has no greys as in its video, whether you like it or not.

Este es el punto de inflexión entre tú que me lees y yo, puedo decir sin despeinarme que Motomami (el álbum) es la producción musical más increíble que se hizo desde 2020 en la industria y que esa manera de ser poética y abstracta que tiene de Rosalía hacen de su álbum una obra maestra.
El álbum son mensajes a través de poemas e interpretaciones, que requieren un nivel de cultura general mínimo para entender las referencias y luego encajar todas esas piezas, a muchas personas no les gusta este estilo Puzzle porque prefieren esas canciones que las enciendes y bailas, entienden la música como un elemento asociado a la danza y poco más; esta canción que hoy les traigo es poco bailable y, sin embargo, es una chica hablando de sexualidad, más de lo mismo, una mujer diciendo te quiero coger en lo que te vea porque te tengo más ganas que Messi al Mundial.
Algo magnífico de este álbum es los pocos instrumentos, las muchas variaciones de ritmo y género, los efectos agregados para adornar la canción y como la voz de Rosalía es el implemento principal en cada una de sus canciones, yo que tú y aunque no te guste intentaría darle otra oportunidad a este estilo.
This is the turning point between you who read me and me, I can say without a hitch that Motomami (the album) is the most incredible musical production that has been made since 2020 in the industry and that Rosalía's poetic and abstract way of being makes her album a masterpiece.
The album are messages through poems and interpretations, which require a minimum level of general culture to understand the references and then fit all those pieces, many people do not like this style Puzzle because they prefer those songs that you turn them on and dance, they understand music as an element associated with dance and little more; The song that I bring you today is not very danceable and yet it is a girl talking about sexuality, more of the same, a woman saying I want to fuck you as soon as I see you because I want you more than Messi wants the World Cup.
Something magnificent about this album is the few instruments, the many variations of rhythm and genre, the effects added to embellish the song and how Rosalía's voice is the main implement in each of her songs, if I were you and even if you don't like it I would try to give this style another chance.

No estaba listo para hablar de esta canción, pero tiene casi un año siendo de mis favoritas y aún no me siento listo para hablar de ella, es como ese meme que dice 'Dura 3 minutos, pero duele toda la vida' exactamente así se siente.
Pagaría por un TiniDesk de Kevin Kaarl, un estilo que me recuerda mucho al Pop Romántico de los Anglo, muy diferente a lo que los latinos suelen hacer y es simplemente mágico.
Esta canción es muy mía, otra de esas canciones que te muestran la tristeza de no poder arreglar aquello que destruiste, de que no se puede volver al pasado y, sin embargo, c'est la vie, pero la comparto para que conozcan a Kevin Kaarl y le den una oportunidad a la montaña rusa de emociones que son sus canciones.
I wasn't ready to talk about this song, but it has almost a year being one of my favourites and I just don't feel ready to talk about it yet, it's like that meme that says 'It lasts 3 minutes, but it hurts for a lifetime' exactly how it feels.
I would pay for a TiniDesk by Kevin Kaarl, it has a style that reminds me a lot of Anglo Romantic Pop, very different to what Latinos usually do and it's just magical.
This song is very much mine, another one of those songs that show you the sadness of not being able to fix what you destroyed, that you can't go back to the past and yet c'est la vie, but I share it so you can get to know Kevin Kaarl and give the rollercoaster of emotions that are his songs a chance.
PixabayEste post no cerro bien por la última canción, eso si y aunque tenga mal cuerpo mientras escribo esto, como dijo Residente esto lo hago pa divertirme; Me quedo con el hecho de que nuevamente ayude a ampliar los horizontes musicales de alguien y que gracias a mí al menos una persona en este basto mundo logro encontrar una nueva obsesión musical.

This post didn't close well because of the last song, but even if I have a bad feeling as I write this, as Residente said I do this for fun; I'll take the fact that I once again helped to broaden someone's musical horizons and that thanks to me at least one person in this vast world managed to find a new musical obsession.
