Los Mesoneros es una banda de rock nacida en Caracas, Venezuela en 2006. La banda está compuesta por Luis Jiménez (Guitarra y Voz líder), Andrés Belloso (Bajo), Andrés Sucre (Batería), Juan Ignacio Sucre (Guitarra Líder y Coros) y Carlos Sardi (Teclados).
Los Mesoneros se han convertido en el centro de atención del público, medios de comunicación y productoras de espectáculos por la madurez y el poder de sus canciones y un dominio escénico que muchos envidiarían. Su propuesta musical es resultado de la fusión de las guitarras, bajo y batería con sintetizadores bajo una óptica juvenil.
A medida que trascurrió el tiempo varios integrantes salieron del grupo o fueron cambiados, pero en la actualidad solo quedan 3 integrantes que en entre ellos está el vocalista.

Siendo venezolana empecé a ser fans de ellos ya tardé, cuando me puse a escuchar todas sus canciones fue en el año 2019, pero eso no significa que no los había escuchado antes, claro que sí, demás diría yo, mis hermanos solían ser muy fans de ellos en ese entonces ya su nombre lo tenía en mi mente, pero luego como a los 11 años mi hermana @lqch tenía en su teléfono una lista de reproducción bastante única con canciones estilo rockera, desde ahí comencé a escucharlo, mi hermana tenía como unas 3 o 4 canciones de ellos del álbum “Indeleble” y se la pasaba escuchándola a cada rato, en ese momento la que más me gusto fue esta, pero en si nunca me puse a descargarla para escucharla luego yo sola, incluso yo de ignorante pensaba que ellos eran México hasta que más adelante me di cuenta que eran venezolanos, debo admitir que en ese entonces tenía mal gusto de música ya que no me había dado cuenta de la obra de arte que son Los Mesoneros y sus canciones.
Además de su increíble vídeo lo que más me encanta es la letra de esta canción, es tan profunda y realmente increíble, el cómo fácilmente cualquier persona se puede llegar identificar con la letra, además me gusta que sus canciones o música son genero de rock pop, me gusta este tipo de música sin duda me hacen sentir como si fuese parte de la banda, mi parte favorita de la letra es el inesperado final.

Being Venezuelan I started being fans of them already late, when I started listening to all their songs was in 2019, but that doesn't mean I hadn't heard them before, of course I had, too much I would say, my brothers used to be very fans of them back then I already had their name in my mind, but then when I was 11 years old my sister @lqch had on her phone a pretty unique playlist with rocker style songs, from there I started listening to it, My sister had about 3 or 4 of their songs from the album "Indeleble" and she would listen to it all the time, at that time the one I liked the most was this one, but I never downloaded it to listen to it by myself, even I thought they were from Mexico until later I realized they were Venezuelan, I must admit that at that time I had bad taste in music because I had not realized the work of art that Los Mesoneros and their songs are.
Besides their amazing video what I love the most is the lyrics of this song, they are so deep and really amazing, how easily anyone can get to identify with the lyrics, also I like that their songs or music are pop rock genre, I like this kind of music without a doubt they make me feel like I am part of the band, my favorite part of the lyrics is the unexpected ending.

Los años trascurrieron y esta banda saco otras canciones, pero nunca me dispuse a buscarlo y escucharlos, hasta que en el 2019 tomé la iniciativa de buscarlo y escuchar algunas de sus canciones, desde ahí me hice la pregunta a mí misma ¿Por qué siempre evitaba escucharlos? Fue un flechazo de inmediato, me dio un poco de vergüenza a misma porque nunca aprecie el talento venezolano, si es verdad que solía ser muy fans de Lasso (Todavía), pero mencionaban Los Mesoneros y yo solía decir que no me gustaban sin al menos escuchar algunas de sus canciones.
Esta es una de mis favoritas no sabría decir el porqué, solo sé que admiro mucho la letra de esta canción, me dio valentía una vez que me encontraba en una situación personal, estaba confundida pero más que eso aterrada por lo que podría venir, al final para resolver mis dudas lo hice, me arriesgue sin miedo a mirar atrás, y al final el resultado no fue el deseado pero no me importo, porque sentía paz mental y además me arriesgue y de eso no me arrepentiré. Mi parte favorita de la letra es esta.

Esta canción es del último álbum, me gusta mucho porque es junto con una cantante increíble que le da magia a esta canción, la combinación de la voz de ambos cantantes se fusiona perfectamente y nos ofrece una canción llena de sentimientos y emociones tan reales y emotivas, fácilmente cualquier persona se puede identificar con la historia que refleja esta canción, realmente es increíble, creo que no pondré ninguna parte favorita de la letra ya que me gusta toda en sí.

Tengo una anécdota bastante mm no sé cómo titularla, en fin les contare, solía recomendarle mucho esta banda a un amigo que estudia en la misma universidad que yo, él siempre me decía “ si si Lili yo cuando llegue a mi casa los escucho” y yo bueno, pasaron días luego meses hasta que un día estoy con él y en eso el canta esta canción con tanto sentimiento y emoción, yo me lo quedo viendo con expresión de aceptación y le digo “por fin la escuchaste” y él me dice “¿Qué?” y luego de eso procede diciendo: “por cierto Lili te recomiendo mucho esta banda se llama Los Mesoneros y mi favorita es exprópiese” yo en ese momento quedé desconcertada pero más que eso estaba molesta, le dije que desde hace tiempo se los había recomendado y fue ahí cuando me dijo que una compañera de salón se los había recomendado y por supuesto a ella si le hizo caso y los escucho, en fin no vuelvo a perder mi tiempo recomendándole música o películas a personas porque luego se les olvida y viene otra persona que le tienen más interés y si acceden .
Esta canción me encanta tiene una letra increíble, está muy dedicable por cierto, fácilmente te puedes llegar a identificar, como mi amigo en ese entonces la cantaba a cada rato y era porque se sentía identificado, también me gusta por su sonido original y único, es realmente diferente en todos los aspectos, se la recomiendo muchísimo.

Suelo escuchar más canciones del primer álbum y esto es debido a que me encantan demasiado el primer álbum, creo que es único y la letra de la mayoría de sus canciones son increíbles y esta no es la excepción, me gusta “Retroceder” por el significado que refleja la letra es sin duda increíble, siento que en cada una de sus canciones tiene un significado y un mensaje increíble, además en este álbum sus canciones son más rockeras.
Me encanta el vídeo de esta canción, ellos se veían más jóvenes y se les veía todas las ganas del mundo de querer surgir en la música, además de la letra como dije anteriormente es muy única, les diré mi parte favorita:
“Retroceder para avanzar con la esperanza de que no me vuelva equivocar, retroceder es mi perdón me aleja de cometer el mismo error”
Eso fue todo chicos, “Los Mesoneros” sigue siendo una de las mejores bandas para mí de Latinoamérica, tiene un estilo único y original además las historia que refleja en cada una de sus canciones, es una barbaridad.
