Hola a todos, espero estén teniendo un hermoso día, hoy voy a hablarles del segundo álbum de estudio de la talentosísima cantante Anne-Marie, su segundo álbum lleva por título “Terapia” y definitivamente se siente como una.

Ella dijo que lo llamo “Terapia” porque es un paraguas de emociones y puede sentir como quiera y así hay canciones para cada emoción que siente. Es realmente genuino, ella dijo que la terapia cambió su vida, y que gracias a ella llegó a saber quién es. Escribió un álbum entero y lo desechó todo porque le parecía raro y volvió a escribir este álbum entero durante la cuarentena, después de empezar terapia.

She wrote a whole album and scrapped the whole thing because it felt weird to her and came back to write this whole album during lockdown, after she started therapy.

Está canción trata sobre cuando alguien te hace daño, en este caso supongo que fue su ex y ella le dice que todas las cosas que él le hizo, ella se las hará dos veces y peor.

En las primeras escuchas no me llamo mucho la atención está canción, pero después me termino gustando. ¡El riff del principio es simplemente majestuoso! Amo la letra y la melodía.

Favorite part of the song: "'Cause everything you did to me, I' ma do to you times two".

This song is about when someone hurts you, in this case I guess it was her ex, and she tells him that all the things he did to her, she will do to him twice and worse.

In the first few listens I didn't really like this song, but then I ended up liking it, the riff at the beginning is just majestic! I love the lyrics and the melody.

2. Don't Play. With KSI & Digital Farm Animals

I love this song, it's pure pop perfection, one of the reasons I love it so much is because it's a collaboration with my girl's Little Mix. In this song, their voices complement each other and blend so well, Anne-Marie could definitely be the fourth member of Little Mix. <3

Amo cuando Anne-Marie hace canciones sobre aceptarte a ti mismo, me gusto la canción, aunque líricamente esperaba más, pero aun así la canción es hermosa.

5. Our Song. With Niall Horan

Favorite parts of the song: "I like crying too much" "Got enough drama, I don’t need fake friends".

In this song, Anne-Marie talks about how she is and if you don't like her, well, unfortunately she couldn't care less.

I love when Anne-Marie makes songs about accepting yourself, I liked the song, although lyrically I expected more, but still the song is beautiful.

Está canción es sobre una ruptura y como la pareja batalla después de esta, menciona como cada individuo recuerda momentos pasados de la relación y lo difícil que es olvidarse de estos.

No es mi favorita, la verdad no me gustó mucho, no soy muy fan de esta canción, pero tampoco voy a decir que es mala, simplemente no es de mi gusto.

6. Way Too Long. with Nathan Dawe & Mostack

Favorite part of the song: "Just when I think you're gone, hear our song on the radio."

This song is about a breakup and how the couple battles after it, it mentions how each individual remembers past moments of the relationship and how hard it is to forget about these.

It's not my favorite, I didn't really like it, I'm not a big fan of this song, but I'm not going to say it's bad either, it's just not to my taste.

I think this song enters my top 5, the chorus is so catchy, the production of this song is so flawless and Anne-Marie's voice is just beautiful.

7. Breathing

Breathing es una canción de amor, es una canción sobre el arte de enamorarte y que enamorarse es igual de fácil que respirar.

Está canción es demasiado hermosa, la letra es simplemente todo lo que pude pedir, está definitivamente esta en mi top 3, es simplemente perfecta, me quiero enamorar solo para poder identificarme con la canción lol. La voz de ella en esta canción es simplemente mágica, ella canta con tal emoción y suavidad, está canción es tan relajante y terapéutica, simplemente me transmite una paz, en fin 10/10.

8. Unlovable. with Rudimental

Favorite lines from the song: "I don't ever wanna go backtrack, broken-hearted" "I think I'm in love, I think I can feel it" "'Cause now I'm in love, can you believe it, that being in love is just as easy as breathing" "Nothing can stop me, this feeling inside me I just wanna scream it from rooftops for you, love".

Breathing is a love song, it's a song about the art of falling in love and that falling in love is just as easy as breathing.

This song is just too beautiful, the lyrics are simply all I could ask for, it's definitely in my top 3, it's just perfect, I want to fall in love just so I can relate to the song lol. Her voice in this song is just magical, she sings with such emotion and softness, this song is so relaxing and therapeutic, it just conveys a peace to me, all in all 10/10.

It's about wanting to find that person who will accept and love you just the way you are.

This is one of my favorites, it's so catchy, and I really feel like those lyrics were written for me.

This is a beautiful song about self-love, in this song Anne-Marie tells us that we are beautiful and that we should not pay attention to people's malicious comments.

I love this song, I remember one day after my graduation I was feeling so bad about myself, about my body and I just listened to this song and cried a little, but this song made me feel better about myself, so remember "We are beautiful", no matter what others say. 💓 Another thing that made me love this song a lot, apart from its beautiful message, is that at the end two kids sing the song, and it sounds so cute 💓.

11. Better Not Together

12. Therapy

En “Therapy” Anne-Marie no da a comprender que antes de estar en una relación tenemos que estar bien con nosotros mismos y sanar. Finalmente llegamos a la última canción de Therapy, que se titula igual que el álbum, está es otra de mis favoritas, el significado de esta canción es muy lindo, tiene un ritmo perfecto, me encanta la letra y su voz es simplemente única.

Con 12 canciones y 30 minutos Therapy se convirtió en mi terapia por el resto del año, me gustó mucho el álbum, a pesar de que hay algunas canciones que no llamaron mi atención realmente.

In "Therapy" Anne-Marie doesn't give to understand that before being in a relationship we have to be okay with ourselves and heal. That the love of another person is not the most important thing, the most important thing is self-love and that we always have to put ourselves first before anything else, because physical and mental health is very important.

Finally we get to the last song of Therapy, which is titled the same as the album, this is another one of my favorites, the meaning of this song is very nice, it has a perfect rhythm, I love the lyrics and her voice is simply unique.

With 12 songs and 30 minutes, Therapy became my therapy for the rest of the year, I really liked the album, even though there are some songs that didn't really catch my attention.
