¡Un saludo a todos! Bienvenidos a mi blog. En el video de hoy les traigo un cover de bateria de la canción "Running Up That Hill", el super hit de Kate Bush que ha vuelto a ser número 1 tras casi 40 años de su estreno en 1985.
Me animé a subir este cover de "Running Up That Hill" en conmemoración al final de Stranger Things el cual muchos hemos estado esperando🔥
Esta canción la conocí gracias a la serie, la verdad me gustó mucho y entiendo totalmente que haya sido un hit en la época en la que salió y vuelva a serlo hoy día que la estética y sonido de los 80 está reviviendo fuertemente en el mainstream.
Para quienes vieron la series, entenderán que la iluminación forma parte de mi humilde intento por recrear el upsite-down 😅 y respecto a la ejecución, como esta canción es bastante repetitiva en la bateria, le hice unas pequeñas variaciones a medida que avanza y le agregué algunos fills para adornar.

What's up guys! Welcome to my blog. In today's video I bring you a drum cover of the song "Running Up That Hill", Kate Bush's super hit that has returned to number 1 after almost 40 years of its release in 1985
I was encouraged to upload this cover of "Running Up That Hill" in commemoration of the Stranger Things finale which many of us have been waiting for🔥.
I knew this song thanks to the series, I really liked it and I totally understand that it was a hit at the time it came out and it's a hit again today that the aesthetics and sound of the 80's is strongly reviving in the mainstream.
For those who saw the series, you will understand that the lighting is part of my humble attempt to recreate the upsite-down 😅 and regarding the execution, as this song is quite repetitive in the drums, I made some small variations as it progresses and added some fills to decorate.

Esta canción es buenísima! Pero me gusta más la versión que hace Placebo, por ellos las conoci. Tu cover esta muy bueno! Me gusta tu setup, con las luces y cámaras. Hiciste un súper trabajo!
Nada como la versión tal cual fue escrita por Kate porque es como ella la concibió, justo he compartido en hive una versión cantada
Curiously enough I have just shared a cover of Running up that Hill myself but singing (latest post). I grew in the 80s so knew this song way before the series. My version is pretty much drumless except second half but bass and drum line in this song are iconic

Ya que te animaste con el cover de la genial Kate Bush, y por ser un enorme fana de Stranger Things, nena, deberías considerar el cover de "Master of Puppets" de Metallica. Por Eddie, por la serie, por todos. Jajaja, espectacular tu cover, lo amé. Dato curioso, debido a los sintetizadores de los 80's no me había percatado del montón de redoblantes que tiene este tema.
