¡Saludos queridos amigos de Hive! Me contenta muchísimo unirme a esta iniciativa a la que fui invitado por mi hija @maitt87 y que fue creado por @yolimarag y es que nada me gusta más que hablar o cantar gaitas y hoy quiero mostrarles 3 de mis favoritas.
La verdad es difícil escoger solo 3, sobre todo para mí que en mis inicios con la música fui gaitero, participando como cantante en la agrupación Los Monumentales de la Gaita (Maracay) y posteriormente con el grupo Kalúa, pero acá les dejo mi selección, hice un popurrí para que todos ustedes lo disfruten.

The truth is difficult to choose only 3, especially for me that in my beginnings with music I was a Gaita musician, participating as a singer in the group Los Monumentales de la Gaita (Maracay) and later with the group Kalúa, but here I leave you my selection, I made a medley for you all to enjoy.

Este tema no es más que historia marabina, ya que nos habla de un hombre de la Parroquia Santa Lucía que se dedicaba al oficio de la barbería. Su manera de atender a su clientela lo convirtieron en un ícono maracucho. El barbero cobraba un bolívar por "pelar" a los marabinos en los años 40 y Astolfo Romero lo inmortalizó con una gaita.
This theme is nothing more than Maracaibo's history, since it tells us about a man from the Santa Lucia Parish who was a barber. His way of attending to his clientele made him an icon of Maracaibo.
