Bulgarian brutalism

Hello, photography lovers.

I want to share some photos from Bulgarian culture capital Plovdiv, which is also European Capital of Culture for 2019

The photos represent some architectural details part of the brutalism architecture design. It is common to see these buildings in counties with communist/socialist past.
They are mostly represented by huge and rough blocks of concrete, following basic geometry forms.

Some people find beauty in the geometry of these buildings, but their real beauty is the possibility to make homes for people with minimal resources.

Other part of the following photography are the dystopian look of complex railways

Yea, the throne is one of my favorite too. Something interesting about it:
It had totally different landscape on the other side. It was like exact spot, where the nature and the concrete jungle meet
